Classes are conducted by trained fitness instructors.
Aqua aerobics is a low impact way to keep fit.
Each session includes simple mobility and stretching exercises.
All ages are welcome.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10:00am-11:00am.
First time visitors
First time visitors will be asked to complete a fitness survey before starting.
HEALTH ADVICE
Please advise your doctor that you are starting a new exercise routine.
If you’re new to any classes feel free to call beforehand, or turn up a bit early, to introduce yourself.
